And so the time came once again for me to complain. Why oh why was our place not blessed with a glorious supply of electricity for every single day? Before, I disagree a lot when most people mention that our place seemed too far out for constant communication with the world. Wherever you look at it, its location is not really that much recognized in the Philippine map. Hence, they can say that it sort of has short standards for a suitable living place.
Now I couldn't agree more. Don't get me wrong. It's not like I hate where we live. (oh yeah. I do) Fine. I do because of several reasons:
1. Usually, we experience shortage of electricity...
No duh.. as a teenager, i am well aware of the importance of conserving electricity. But see, this time the "cutting off"of electricity stroke at a very wrong time.
STORY: I was busy watching Tantei Gakuen Q live on youtube because of ryuu-kun or ryo-chan as he prefers to be called aka Yamada Ryosuke. (Kyaaa!) I already opened a lot of tabs for episodes 4 and 5 which ranged from 40 to 45 minutes respectively and that excludes the wait during loading. [ugh. damn internet connection. so slow.] So... After finishing episode 3, i went out to the kitchen to eat lunch. (I wasn't really hungry... psychologically... but my stomach begged to differ. So as to not upset it, i shoved the food in my mouth as fast as i cold because the whole time, i was fantasizing about ryuu-kun.)*sigh* Once finished, i raced back to the pc and imagine my surprise when i saw a blank screen. *cries* Shortage of electricity! It took 3 hours to load those episodes! Well, you do know how i feel right? T^T
2. At times, the internet would suddenly disconnect...
yes, the internet. no teenager (unless those completely unaware of the opportunities which the world wide web used regarding free watching of Jdramas, animes, movies, and the like holds) could survive without the internet unless no unexpected occurences take place. well, at times, the internet would just vanish whenever i need it the most. hmmm... an instance would be while i was about to read Gakuen alice mang chapter something ( a chapter where natsume and mikan would be too kawaii to resist) when the network got disconnected. And to think that i was about to read the climax. again. *sigh*
